It can effectively remove total phospholipids, soaps and trace metal ions in oils and fats. It is a natural antioxidant. Removal of toxins and odor substances such as aflatoxin and pesticide residues in oils; After decolorization, the acid value of the oil product will not rise, the color will not return, it is clear and transparent, the quality is stable, and the shelf life is long.
Especially suitable for the refining production of mineral oil, vegetable oil and animal oil.
Lithium bentonite is made of natural bentonite modified by lithium carbonate. It has both the hydration and swelling properties of sodium-based soil and the characteristics of organic bentonite. It can dissolve into colloids or fully swell in water and polar organic solvents such as ethanol to enhance the viscosity of coatings. It is suitable for water-based coatings, refractory coatings as thickener, suspension stabilizer, to increase the viscosity of the coating and to solvate the film and three-dimensional network structure on the surface of the substrate ion to support and prevent the particle sinking. This coating is applied on the surface of metallurgical casting sand, because the solvent ethanol is volatile, it can quickly form a dry film layer, which can not only make the furnace sand but also make the casting more smooth.

It is mainly used in the suspension agent of alcohol based coatings in various casting industries, anti-cracking mortar binder and a variety of ceramic glaze coatings. Used as a base material suspension agent, thixotropic agent, antiprecipitation agent, used in latex paint and other chemical products, used as a suspension agent and paste thixotropic agent, latex stabilizer, thickening agent, can also be used as fabric sizing agent.

Lithium bentonite use method:
When used, take the formula amount of suspension agent (lithium bentonite) and add 0.6-1.5 times the suspension dose of water, press until the suspension agent is completely hydrated, and then add the solvent mixed grinding or soaking, and then add other base materials. Where water is the activator, the suspension agent can not be directly added to the solvent, if the need to add a neutralizer, the neutralizer should be added after the base material.
In latex products, latex can be added later, this product can completely replace the polymer cellulose thickener, can also be used together.
